This Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling related to our venue bookings, cooking classes, and popup dinners. By making a purchase or booking with Tannery Social, you agree to the terms below.
1. Venue Bookings

Availability, Quotes, and Pricing: Venue availability is subject to change and is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. All quotes for venue rental are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing is subject to change without notice until full payment is made.

Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total venue rental fee is required to secure your booking.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

If you cancel your event 2 days or more prior to the event date, your initial payment is non-refundable. However, you may apply the full amount paid to rescheduling the event for a later date, subject to availability.

If you cancel your event less than 2 days prior to the event date, you will be responsible for 100% of the total venue rental fee, and no credit will be issued for rescheduling.

All cancellations must be submitted to Tannery Social in writing.

Liability: Tannery Social is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property occurring during the event, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tannery Social from any claims arising from your event.
2. Cooking Classes

Registration and Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in a cooking class.

Cancellations and Refunds:

If you cancel your registration 2 days or more before the class date, you may receive a full refund or transfer to another class of equal value.

If you cancel less than 2 days before the class date, refunds will not be issued. However, you may transfer your spot to another person by notifying us prior to the class.

No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Class Changes/Cancellations by Tannery Social: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.

Safety: You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors during the class. Tannery Social is not liable for any injuries sustained due to your failure to follow instructions or your own negligence.
3. Popup Dinners

Ticket Sales: All ticket sales for popup dinners are final.

No Refunds: Due to the nature of these limited-capacity events, we do not offer refunds for popup dinner tickets.

Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us of the name change at least 12 hours prior to the event.

Dietary Restrictions: While we do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be met. Please inform us of any restrictions when purchasing your ticket, and we will advise if we can accommodate.
